Annalena Saarikivi Art gets the customer personal data via contact-email and/or when the customer buys a product from the shop. 

The personal data collected includes only the minimum of what is needed to make a transaction, usually some of these: the customer name, delivery address, email address and phone number. 

Customer data will be stored when transaction has happened. Transaction is a contractual agreement between the copyright owner and the buyer. This is the sales condition: when buying the artwork, the customer provides their contact information and obtain their consent to store the information. This is because the artist, a copyright owner, has the right to know any time where  the artwork is located. 

Customer data will not be stored when only contacting is done by email for example to get more information about artwork. 

Customer data will never been shared for the any third party. 

Customer contact information data is never used for marketing without the customer's consent.

Individuals' rights are under the UK GDPR. 

The customer has right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) about the personal data.
